With tender mushrooms and ingredients in recipe, this Tortellini Stroganoff is a delicious and simple dinner that everyone will love!


  • 1 pound steak cubed into 1” cubes
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6oz. sliced button mushrooms
  • 20 oz. cheese tortellini
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • parsley to garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. In a 9.5” deep sauté pan over medium heat, sear beef with onion in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook until mushrooms are softened.
  3. Add tortellini and stock and cook until pasta is al dente.
  4. Add cream and stir to thicken. Garnish with parsley and serve
